Degree Audit for Students

The new version of the Degree Audit makes it easier to read the audit, has a simplified and expanded degree shopping option, an easier to read transcript, and tools to help make advising a more interactive process semester to semester.  The new Degree Audit is located under the Student Information/Registration Menu, then Student Records/Grades/Degree Audit Menu in VandalWeb.

There is an informational sheet available,  Introduction to Degree Audit handout [pdf], which will provide a general overview with tips and tricks for accessing and reading the new Degree Audit on VandalWeb.

Study Plans for Graduate Students

There is a new process to submit or make changes to your study plan.

You will now enter your study plan on VandalWeb, after which your Major Professor will review your plan.  The College of Graduate Studies and the Registrar's Office will then work to create a Degree Audit that is personalized to your unique program.

  1. Meet with your major professor/program advisor and identify what classes will make up your study plan.
  2. Enter these classes into the Planner in Degree Audit and Save your plan.
  3. Take a print out of your plan to your major professor/program advisor to review and sign.
  4. Take the signed forms to the College of Graduate Studies.
