Enrollment and Degree Verifications

The University of Idaho has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide both enrollment and degree verifications.

ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS

Students may obtain official enrollment verifications free of charge from NSC by logging into VandalWeb and navigating to Student Information / Registration Menu --> Enrollment Verification.  Students will be redirected to the NSC website and may select the option to obtain a current semester or full history verification.  Note: Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer to complete this web process.

Students who need good-student insurance discount forms, Alaska Department of Revenue forms, or Canadian Student Loan Program forms should submit these forms to the Registrar's Office for final processing. To prevent delays in processing, students should be sure to sign their form and provide a complete mailing address or fax number. Normal processing is approximately 3 business days.

DEGREE VERIFICATIONS

Agencies requesting verification of degree or enrollment should visit the National Student Clearing House website at www.studentclearinghouse.org to request information.

Students needing degree verification should request a copy of their transcripts.
