Degree Audit

VandalWeb allows students to audit their degree progress at any time. The degree audit details all requirements for the core curriculum and degree requirements using the student's current declared curriculum.  Undergraduate degree audits are updated automatically with each curriculum update and at the end of each final grading period.  Graduate degree audits are currently available for general requirements only.  Students who have filed study plans will be able to request a copy by emailing degreeaudit@uidaho.edu or contacting the office of the Registrar or the College of Graduate Studies.  Study plans are currently available in PDF format.  Additional information regarding the degree audit can be found under New Degree Audit information.

Viewing Your Degree Audit Report

Login to VandalWeb and select Student Information / Registration Menu --> Student Records / Grades / Degree Audit --> Degree Audit Report. Your core curriculum requirements, degree and major requirements, and minor requirements load on one page.  If you have a second degree program, select it from the drop-down menu at the top to the right of your name.

Catalog years prior to 2002 are not processed in the degree audit system. Students using a catalog previous to 2002 should contact their academic advisor or dean for a degree check.

Requirement Waivers & Substitutions

Degree audit reports are updated by the Registrar's Office following submission of a Waiver/Substitution Request (for undergraduate students) or a Study Plan Change (for graduate students) form.
