VandalWeb PIN Information

Your VandalWeb PIN is the password used to access your VandalWeb account.

When an account is created, the default PIN is set using the birth month and date plus two zeros in the format of MMDD00. It is required that the PIN be changed with the first login to VandalWeb. When creating a new PIN, use a combination of letters and numbers to keep it secure. The PIN cannot be any combination of your birth date or sequential numbers (e.g., 123456).

PINs automatically become disabled upon five failed attempts to login as a security precaution to ensure that personal records are protected.

Go to the Online PIN Reset page. This process will ask a series of personal questions to verify identity. If you are unable to reset your PIN, visit the Help Desk in TLC, Room 128, or:

• If you are a Student or Teaching Faculty contact the Registrar's Office at (208) 885-6731.
• If you are an Employee contact Human Resources at (208) 885-3638.

Note: VandalMail and Student Lab accounts do not accept the VandalWeb PIN for login.
