Banner Cross-Functional Team
The Banner Cross-Functional Team was formed in the late 1990's with the
primary focus on issues related to implementation of the Banner Student Module,
the last of the Banner modules to be implemented at the UI. Over time, it has
evolved into an ad hoc working group with representation from all modules that
deal with operational and procedural issues. It is a problem-solving and
discussion group that deals with issues that impact one or all of the others in
some way. It exists to make sure we understand the interconnectivity of the
Banner modules and how decisions made in one office can affect processes in
another. The Banner Cross-Functional Team holds a regular meeting the second
Thursday of each month at 8:30 am in the SUB Cataldo Room.
